ADMISSION GUIDELINES
Our application procedure is clear and transparent, to enable you to plan as effectively as possible.
You will have to go through the following stages in the journey from enrolment to confirmation of admission.

General Admission Policy :

Admission is open to all children irrespective of race, religion, caste, nationality or gender.

Only 30 children per class are admitted.

The School Managing Committee’s decision is final in all matters.
PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION
Online Registration

The online registration process will be active only till the vacancies are filled. It requires the details of the child, parents and guardian.
Admission Process

Parents will have to visit the school and have a family-management interaction.

Family interaction : an informal interview provided as an opportunity for both the school authorities and the parents to ask questions, clarify doubts/queries and get to know one another.

Parents can bring the child with them for better correspondence.
Finalization of Admission

After the Family interaction, parents have to fill the admission form for confirmation. Hence, keep all necessary information handy before you visit the school.

Give correct contact details as this is the crucial link for further communication.

Only fully filled and submitted form will be considered for admission.
Along with admission form, parents have to submit the required documents as mentioned below.
Documents for admission:
It is compulsory for parents to carry the following documents at the time of admission process.
1. Original Birth Certificate or duly attested copy if copies of originals not available and its 2 copies.
2. Aadhar Card copy for Indian Nationals and Passport copy for Foreign Nationals.
3. Kindergarten certificate ( if applicable ).
4. Two Passport Size Photograph of Student.
5. Two Passport Size Photograph of Parents (Separate).

After submission of all documents, the admission is granted.

School will not be responsible for any delays / failure to submit documents or any other related snags from your side.
Payment of Fee

Parents need to pay the school fees(Child Kit fee + One month tuition fee) on the day of admission or within 7 working days and confirm the admission further .
Admission Withdrawal Policy :

Telephonic messages/ Verbal communication or an email will not be considered authentic.

Written application to be given before the due date of initial school fees to the school office.

Once the fee is paid, it will NOT BE REFUNDED even if the admission is withdrawn.
